Since u are in Special Education, I will assume you mean "meeting student's IEP needs."
Have the IEP team SHOW you work which proves the student has really met the goals. If you are a parent worried that your child is not getting their needs met, then dig out the Parental Rights that you are handed every meeting and contact your district reps. First write down all the things you feel are not being met. Insist that goals be met and call an IEP any time you need to to review the student's progress!

children are so vulnerable and they go through so many things that they are just not equip to handle without proper teaching.
