this year i m entering 11th class & i have 2 make choice b/w maths or biology. when i was doing my 9th i was much attracted 2 biology but now situations have changed now i have started liking maths & i want 2 opt maths .i want 2 do engeenring & give aieee also the another reason is engeenering is easier then medical i really don't think i can carry medical line but the prob is tat my mother wants me 2 be a docter she herself tried medical line but due 2 some problems she failed & now she wants me 2 fulfill her dream i m the yongest in 2 children &my brother is studying engeenering .i dont want 2 break my mother's heart but what bout my likings??????? what should i do ?????????????

Not just 'pleasel' and 'thank you' but what about polite manners like giving up your seat for someone older, or holding a door open, or asking people at neighbouring tables in a restaurant if it's OK for your to smoke.
Do you think these things matter, or are they old-fashioned?

Hello - I am new to this board and would truly value anyone's input on my issue. My 11 month old is extremely social & has great fine motor skills. She has no problems with her pincer grasp and can easily use her hands to transfer toys or hold on to me. She recognizes familiar faces and is very animated. Very early on, I noticed that she never liked tummy time and still does not. She had previously been referred for testing on her "loose" hips, but the test indicated that they were normal. I am extremely concerned that she does not crawl. Any ideas?
PS - She does not hold her bottle either. She can at times hold a sippy cup when she wants to. Thank you for any feedback you could give me.

I will be selling my car when it comes back from the shop next week. I still owe $2200 and I am trying to decide if I should pay it off now to get the clear title or should I just wait until the car sells. I plan on selling it myself at a discounted rate, so hopefully it will sell quickly. My finance company said that it will take 10 days to get the clear title sent to me or the new buyer. Any opinions or does it even matter?

My husband is obbsessed with me. Literally! It's kind of scary. He says that he is just showing how much he loves me, but man, I dont know. He calls me all day every day. He gets upset when I talk to others. He is jealous of my relationship with my mom and sister. He refuses to help around the house. He practically sits on me while on the couch, he wants me in the bathroom with him while he's taking a bath, when he goes to sleep at night if im not tired he insists i lay next to him anyways. I cant leave his side. He hacked into my email and read everything (not like i had anything to hide). Goes through my cell phone. ect........ I do love him and all but im not in love with him. He makes it really hard to want to be with. but when i mention it, Oh Im sorry please forgive me what can i do to change stuff like that is what i hear all the time. help

I'm in the UK, and I'm sorry but I don't get what the Disney vault is about - why can't the DVDs be available at a decent price all the time?

As a Disney fan since 2, I do like watching their classics, but I just don't have £60 or more to spend just to get Sleeping Beauty or any other of their rare Special Editions on DVD that have gone 'back inside' the vault. Can anyone be good enough to care to explain this seemingly unnessary action to me?

Use substitution method to solve this system

3x - y = 5
-6x + 2y = -10

I came up with x = 0
y int form for both eq's: y=3x-5
how do you write the answer?

plus i have one more where the first eq was x=0 ...i'm stuck on the other eq in the system


use sub.method
x + 5y = 5
3x + 15y = 11
