My 6 yr old son seems to have pains in his feet at night. He wakes up sometimes from the pains crying. We thought he was just having nightmares, but he wants his feet rubbed often. It seems to be more of his left foot than right. He claims it is all over his feet, tops and toes. We are afraid that the doctor wont do anything but say it is growing pains. He has wide feet with a low arch. Do you think it could be the quality of his shoes? What is a good shoe for this condition? New Balance? He says the pains feel like his feet are burning, and it is enough to make him cry. Other than that there are nothing wrong with his feet. Has anyone had this problem with their child before? It even occurs when he doesnt walk much on them.

I realize this has probably been answered 54 times on here, but I can't find it. After watching the race at Martinsville, I couldn't figure out why Gordon was so pissed at Johnson for not giving him room. Why should Johnson have given 24 room? I understand they're teammates, but so what. Just because a guy is my teammate I'm supposed to give him the chance to beat me on the last lap? It reminds me of when Lance Armstrong started out and people were getting mad at him for not letting his teammates win, why should he have? Should Johnson have raced his tail off and then let up on the final lap? I understand helping your teammate out, but since when does helping your teammate out mean you should give them a chance to beat you...
