I dont think my question is understood:( i just wud like to know how does dis tablet make ya shed unwanted lbs.(fat) that's ALREADY(been eaten & digested yrs.ago) in ya body????
i understand how it makes u lose the undigested fats as u take the pill wit food!!! i just started using these pills & realise that they wud get rid of oils that were eaten in daily meals..so does the pill only control the fat intake daily or will i lose the unwanted fat that i already have??????

Xenical only works in the undigested fats that you took while you're using the drug. Any other fats that you already have cannot be controlled by Xenical. You still need to exercise to shed off your old fat, Xenical won't do this for you.

i forgot what site it was but xenical takes out 30% of fat in the intestines and get removed through the anus.

Any undigested fats that your body "gets rid of" come out as greasy leakage from your anus. Where did you think they go?
