Morales, Honest, I think all women are looking for the same thing. A good man. Your pic is nice i don't see why you would have a problem getting a women.

you need to be honest, down to earth, sensitive but also have a huge sense of humour- though not so it hurts anybody/ takes laughs at others expense.
You need to be kind and generous (this is normally rad as sensitive but I thought I'd out line it a bit better) and be committed to a relationship, not just a one night bed thing.
You need to listen -and really listen, as an open ear is different from really takeing note and hearing what some one says and understanding how they feel (which I think you'll find is called empathy)
You need to be a protector when the lady cannot protect herself- not physically - a fighting guy can be sweet but its a thin line between protection and a fight for the sake of it, I mean standing up for het if anyone takes the p*ss as in verbally or even just a negative look.
You need to be romantic- to take her out places adn apecial places- that SHE enjoys, not just you!
you need to spend time with her- more than anything else, or else the relationship wont work.
tall order, but I like to aim for the stars.

I like strong guys who play the part of the needy guy. A real hug able and maybe a dancing buddy.

Tall, dark hair, dark eyes, smart, handsome, funny. He has to be positive, accepting, loves his mother, would want a family maybe if things work out, is my around my age 23-29. Knows what he wants, mature, goofy, dorky. things like that. Is single and working. =)

Depends, but they can't be superficial, I hate that more than anything, and a sense of humor is a must. Other than that, it depends on the person...
