There rates are quite lower in some cases, because they are EXTREMELY selective about who they insure. You must have an absolutely spotless record to be considered.

Depends where you live. Different companies offer different rates in different areas. You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to get you the best price. I am paying less than ½ after I did.
