Think you're right, abortion clinic bombings have dropped off. Perhaps people are preoccupied with other things, like wars or domestic terrorism or other such things that affect them more directly.

Personally I always wondered how someone who calls themselves "the right to life", could set bombs off which are obviously intended to cause death. To me that seems like a contradiction of terms. But in any case, I'm glad that they're not doing it very often anymore.

http://www.msnbc.com/modules/clinics/
Acts of violence against abortion clinics and their employees have been carried out across the United States throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
There were 1,700 acts of violence against abortion providers between 1977 and 1994, with four people killed in 1994 and one in 1993, according to statistics from the National Abortion Federation. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms has logged 167 attacks against abortion clinics over the past 15 years.
In 1984, there were 18 bombings against abortion clinics. In 1993, there were 78 death threats aimed at clinic employees. And, in 1996, bombings, threats and harassment affected about one-third of U.S. abortion clinics.

I hate having to pay taxes for abortion clinics, when I am not in favour of them.

Even one bombing is too much. Screw rarity. What kind of mindless idiot bombs a building that saves thousands of children from being born into a situation worse than death. Being unloved and unwanted is worse than dying before you even know it is happening. Don't give me that adoption crap. Look how many kids are in the system living an existence worse than being raped continuously for your whole life.

I think we should start bombing churches. Preferably on sundays and easter. That will make the world a much more loving place.

Yeah, but it's still wrong. You can't end killing with killing. 9/11 doesn't happen every day, but do we regard that any less?

A single one is too much and any "christian" who doesn't denounce them when they happen is scum.
