i already have 4 mice and a lizards and i still want more pets!?

i love animals soi always want new pets i have 4 mice and a lizard but now i want a chinchilla how do i convince my dad to let me get one!

Just ask him that you already proofed to him how responsible you are with your other pets. And tell that the chinchilla is a great pet to have.

Sounds like you are wanting animals on impulse.

Do not expect to get a new pet, every time you find one that intrigues you more than the ones you already have.

Chinchillas are expensive pets. You cannot convince your dad to allow you to have more pets, when you already have 5. That's plenty.

You can continue to want a chinchilla, but push it to the back of your mind, for when your current pets pass away.

Until then, dedicate your time to taking wonderful care of the animals you have. Be happy with what you've chosen to care for.

If you get a chinchilla please do your research, they're not always the easiest things to care for and can be costly.
I convinced my parents by reading everything I found and told them so they knew I really wanted one. I found one for sale in my area. A month or so later I bought my first chinchilla from a breeder. That was a few years ago. I'm breeding chins myself now.

First, by taking very good care of the ones you have. Next, learn all you can about chinchillas and their care, so you can talk intelligently about it.

Well, you could buy a Colombian boa or a ball python and have the snake eat all the mice and the lizard, this would solve the numbers issue. Good luck!
