there was this girl and she was my best friend last year. but this year she found 2 new best friends so we went our seperate ways. we were still really good friends and hung out just not best friends. but now when ever her two best friends are around she wont talk to me and she wont let them talk to me. i will be having a conversation with them and she will come up and pull them away. when they leave she will pretend like nothing happened and go back to being my "friend". we used to have a huge group of friends and we all used to hang out together but now no one asks me to come hang out with them anymore. they will take the whole group but me and when i confront them they deny it. what do i do? it seems like its all her and she got really mad when i tried to tell her and said it wasnt her fault and it wasnt anything personal. what do i do and doesnt that sound a little personal?

I'm ashamed of all of us, as I sense we are no longer fighting the good fight. Are we now so jaded that we can't even be bothered to correct the use of the capital A for atheist, or even the much more drastic "athiest" delusion?

Oh don't think I'm trying to let myself off the hook here, I'm just as much a sinner as anyone else. I've let at least two go tonight alone.

But are we on a slippery slope here? First it's the little things, but how long before we stop pointing out that atheists can be very spiritual and have a keen interest in religion, or that "theory" has a specific meaning in scientific nomenclature which doesn't necessarily mean it isn't accepted as "fact"?

You know they're just trying to wear us down, but we must be strong!

I started running this January, and worked myself up from running for 2 minutes straight to being able to go for 25 minutes non-stop. I came down with a cold late last week that makes running nearly impossible, because I'm coughing like crazy and I can't breathe through my nose properly. It's been almost 10 days since my last run. Is there anything I can do to keep myself from losing my progress? Should I try going for runs while I'm still sick - just short ones?

I have medium/dark brown hair and I'd like to dye it black. However, I want it to be very temporary. I've heard mixed reviews, people saying that the dark hair wont take the color well and it will wash out fast, and conversely that because the hair is so dark it wont wash out. Can anyone shed some light on the subject? And perhaps recommend a brand?

well.its about this friend of mine.she is my senior in school.i'm just kinda crazy bout her. i love her like a sister.she says she loves me too but she just does'nt make me feel that way.she avoids me sometimes when another girl is with her.she is very possessive about methough and does'nt like me interacting with certain other seniors.sometimes she does'nt even show interest in speaking to me and pretends that i'm not there.its killing me.i think i'm starting to dislike her.so what do you think i should do.just leave her and hang out with my other friends or tell her what i feel,[i'm a little bit nervous to do that though]

Why is it that Leonardo Dicaprio starts getting involved in the environment and now people are so concerned. What's going on in this planet has been going on for years. No one has spoken up, except for scientist who have known this along, but who really listens to them.
