I do not believe Good Friday is a National Holiday like Thanksgiving, Independence Day, or Veterans Day. Since Good Friday is not a national holiday, mail service will continue as if it was just another Friday. The same would be true for this Saturday. There is no mail service on Easter Sunday because there is no mail service on any Sunday.

Yes. They are religious holidays and not legally celebratory as secular days. But, with exception of post offices specifically open and special and expedited (at supplemental prices) delivery , there is no longer mail processing in the USA on Sundays.
(When I was a child public schools were closed Good Friday but this was ended when the public schools were sued).

Probably every day except Sundays thats the only day there isn't a mail carrier going around, nobody cares about Good Friday (I do) but most don't. Its not even a holyday of obligation. AKA: you don't have to go to church

Mail is shipped on all days besides federal holidays using the USPS. As for fedex/UPS/DHL all those things you should probably consult their websites.
