My appartment has no handicap parking, and when I asked about it they said I would need a written letter from a doctor (which wouldnt be hard) and also if they put a handicap parking spot, that I would lose my garage. Because only one spot per person is allowed. This seems unfair, any answers???

I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima with almost 93,000 miles. When I first start the car, there is a small squeak lasting only a second or two. If I turn the heat on, it makes a very loud sound (not a squeak, more like a rattling sound) but if I turn the heat off, it makes no noise; the car sounds normal. I had the serpentine belt replaced in September or October of 2005. No other work (other than oil changes) has been done since then. Like I said before, it only makes the loud rattling sound when the heat is on. Please help. Will my car break down on me?

Is it to late to get a lawyer... and will it make that much of a difference. I just really want to make sure i get more out of this then the other girls who were involved... not because I'm being greedy or anything.. but i wasn't aware we had left where we were (i was sleeping) and I got the worst of it all and 2 of them have a lawyer and they didn't get it that bad.

What are things I should stay away from on a base? As in, I've read and heard alot about the "rumor mills"...as a rule of thumb, are these certain people or are they just anyone? Also I've read that once the guys are gone, that lots of wives cheat, blah blah blah, and I don't want stuff being spread about me that isn't true. I had an interview at my local hospital about 2 weeks ago, they phoned me up that evening and said i got the job, i just need to wait for a letter which will tell me everything. the work place were i am now have received references, and sent them off, i just seem to be waiting and they haven't even sent me a CRB form to fill out yet so it cant be that im waiting for, anybody in the hospital proffession please help, how long will it be till i get the letter? Earlier this week I was telling me best friend about a conversation I had with a male friend of mind. He asked how I was doing and what was wrong so I explained my events for that day. Instead of reply he just talked about what he should wear the next day. I got frustrated because I was explaining for about five minutes. Then there was a long pause. I was explaining to my best friend that we lack communication in our friendship and she said that males have exceptions on what kind of problems they want to hear eventhough they asked. Is that true?
