Well I just started my peroid and am having cramps, and the pad is rubbing me raw. But then I need to know what to eat what to do I am sore and scared? I am going to take a bath but what can I eat in the morning and lunch and maybe some snacks? I really need help my first time out on the track in a meet!

ok so basically, i really don't know how to do a proper push-up or a sit-up. i try to do both but because i can't do them properly i don't get the benefits. (sit ups are like me using my arms to do a sit up, i kind of swing them) also i have basically no stomach or back muscles to speak of, and my arms aren't very strong either, so additional exercising tips would be welcome

Last Sunday night, our church had a free showing to the community of the movie "facing the giants". My best friend went up at the end to our youth pastor who was standing with the pastor and a deacon. My friend prayed with our youth pastor but did not ask the Lord into his life.... I don't want to do it, but don't know how to get help. I want to call 911 tonight or take myself to the ER because I am going to do it if I don't get help soon. Can anyone please tell me how things go down when someone calls 911 for that? Will they send the police to my house and embarrass me in front of everyone I live with (I do not want them to know), or take me away in an ambulance? Whats the procedure for walking into the ER? Seems like a silly thing to do, just to walk in and say "I'm going to kill myself." What will they do to me? Will they turn me away if I cannot pay?

I am a pre-diabetic with frequent hypoglycemia. I improved my eating habits; eat protein bars in between meals. I have seen many doctors, but none want to help me or acknowledge that I was diagnosed pre-diabetic in the past. I got the shakes twice today, they are unpredictable and dangerous (especially if I drive). What can I do? Is there over the counter stuff I can take to help me stabilize my blood sugar? It is taking a toll on me, I have tried various diets and it results to hypoglycemia

I have a 15 yr old daughter who is already wearing a size 36G bra. We have to have her fitted at a very pricey store where her bras are close to 125.00 each, even more expensive than that when it comes to the sports bras. She is a very active teenager...she swing dances, is in weightlifting class, etc...but her breasts are just too much for her to handle. She has a hard time running, they just get in the way, and of course, I have 30 yr old men hitting on her because with breasts like her's, there's no way she's only 15.

So, I guess I'm curious as to how old is the typical female when their breasts stop growing...and if a breast reduction is done at her age, and if she's not done growing, with she continue to grow after the reduction and then defeat the purpose of having it done to begin with?

This is definitely an issue right now. She will no longer be in weightlifting class after May 15, and I'm positive that class is the only thing preventing back problems.
