If your tortoise is shedding it's skin it is normal, but if you can see raw areas below or if it is giving off a smell or oozing any moisture this is not normal and he would need to see a vet.

seem it up on the internet sounds generic to me they have an inclination to attempt this after wintry climate -bit like snakes yet when the different isnt doing it to theyy take them both to the vets so tht they could do a comparision between both- wish this helped c yax
