Just wondering because i thought it was rabies but then i wasn't sure...

Ebola is supposed to be very deadly, and has a lwo survival rate. Diseases like smallpox, anthrax have been engineered to be even more deadly.

There are shots for rabies and if they are started immediately, you can survive. Ebola is deadly of course. For diseases, I would vote for pancreatic cancer, where people get it and are 99% sure of being dead in a few weeks usually.

Botulism is the deadliest food poison, you die within days. I'm not sure if it can be treated. It can form in dented cans so always check your cans when you buy them.
