If you have MS Office installed on your PC then do this
Click Start
All Programs
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Office Tools
Microsoft Office Picture Manager
Import the image and convert as you like by using right menu
this could be done if you click on Export
A Menu will be opened, the third one is for image format, here you choose whatever you want.
This is easy and free. It is also free from spy ware and ad ware.

Oren with windows paint click file in the top llet corner then click save as at the bottom of the pop up "save as" there are 2 scroll bars on the top one edit the name ,I usualy add a number like 1 2 3 and so on.In the bottom bar select .jpeg.then click save .when you open the folder its in you will have both the .png and the .jpeg.

Most photo editing softwares will let you do this, simply click on File the go to Save As and chose JPEG you should be able to do this even in MS Paint.

Google's Picasa might do that, but I'm not positive.... In any case, it's a really fine piece of photo management / rudimentary editing software.

Easiest thing to do is..Right click that image.Choose "Open With" ... click "paint"..... Now inside paint, go to "Files".. "Save As" In the bottom of the new window,change "Save as type" to jpg.. Then click save
