I work from 7.45am until 17.30pm 5 days a week, i am not self employed and work for a national company.
I have always been led to believe that i get 15minutes in the morning and a 1hr lunch break (As i am salared staff) and 15mins in the afternoon, but when i complained that i wasent getting my lunch, the company came back at me and said that if i take a 1hr lunch break then i am not entitled to any morning or afternnon breaks, is there any law on this.
I have worked for the company for nearly 17 years and there has always been 3 breaks a day, please help.................

I'm 14.......and I really think I need to lose weight.
no.....I do not have an eating disorder.
I don't eat a lot or starve myself....and I'm not thinking of starving myself either.
I don't know my exact height...probably over 4 feet but less than 5....I'm NOT tall.......and compared to my height I think I weigh a little too much......around 105 - 109 lbs.
I just want to lose a LITTLE weight.....

Is there a way a 14 year old can lose weight in a healthy manner and keep it off?

Oh, and FYI.....I'm not good with sports.* ^ ^ *

today i have to begin self-administered b-12 injections and will have to do this for the rest of my life.......its only once a month so thats not bad.... i have a high threshhold for pain and i am not afraid of needles - as a matter of fact i would rather take a needle to a pill anyday......are there some tips/techniques that i should be aware of?...i am probably going to have someone do this for me on at least the first couple of times....i am just a little aprehensive about getting a shot from someone other than a nurse/doc....my doc never even advised me on proper disposal.....which i figure as a given (im not a total ignoramous)....i'm just in the dark overall.......anyone?

My son born with a sick heart and he was only 3 year old. He born in Jan,31 95 and he died inFeb,16, 98 .I still miss him and its hard for mi when his birthday come around and I can't tell him how much I love him.
When my son was two week born he had heart sugery and when he was 4month he had another.
When my son get sick with a cold. I have to take him to the hospital and he stay for a week or more.He was a sick boy But now he's with god and his not sick any more .

I went on a cruise to the gulf a year ago today, I had a great time but when I got back I started feeling lots of pain in my genitals. Over the year the pain progressed to different areas of my body, and now it's everywhere and overwhelming. It's been a year full of doctors visits and prescriptions, but no answers, not a single sign of any infection, no positive tests, and no relief. Although I've never had sex I'm worried that it's a STI, and I don't let myself date any longer. I need an honest opinion, Am I ever going to live another day without this? If not how can I be expected to live a life of pain and loneliness? Any suggestions on what to do would also be very helpful
