I'm developing a modern cross stitch site where users pick designs to make their own giant samplers with their own messages and themes. What sort of images do you think would be good to use as designs, for example instead of old fashioned sampler images I have used modern day issues such as nuclear power stations and guns. These designs can then be completed using the craft technique of cross stitching to make up and image, its nice to mix old craft style with modern images. Any idea and input from crafters, non crafters, creatives, thinkers etc would be so useful. Thanks in advance. I'm Hannah by the way, who makes things :)

I bought a pretty large bag of "Green Flake" fish food which is supposedly top of the line. I have had it since November 06. My question does this type of food ever go bad and if so when? I don't want to be feeding my fish bad food.

Can someone tell me if I need to buy a "premium" VGA/SVGA cable to connect my laptop to my new HDTV? I don't want to do any damage to my new TV by using a cheap cable.

I currently have a 6ft VGA cable with ferrite cores I bought at a discount computer store. The cable is pretty heavy duty given its weight, and the ferrite cores, although it's an unknown/questionable brand (Cyberwyll?)

Do I need to go buy a premium cable? I just bought a new Sharp LCD HDTV that cost me a pretty penny, and I don't want to do anything that might harm my new investment.

I relocated about a year ago and am graduating early this year, however, I want to go back and attend college out of state because that is how all my plans were before I moved. Unfortunately, out of state tuition is steep and I want to find and apply for as many scholarships as possible or I won't be able to afford it. I know about fastwebs.com and scholarships.com. Any input/help would be wonderful. = )

I tried squaring but it doesnt get me anywhere.

I need to prove that ( i will put -/ for square root)

-/6 + -/2 / 4 = -/(2+-/3) / 2


I hope that helps. remember that the 2+-/3 is inside of the square root. (It was hard to show without a square root key)

Bush is way out of line here, he is trying to pick a fight with the democrats. I mean cutting the funding will limit what our troops can do. He says loved ones will not return home later then sooner if the funding gets cut. This is a bribe he needs to come to terms and send out troops home. We are wasting our time and money in Iraq.

So hey all... I am a Uni. student and I was suprised to find that all the christians I know go clubbing. I grew up in a Christian home where my parents told me it wasn't right to go clubbing. I have been really struggling with this and I'm not sure if I should go with them to the clubs. I always thought that Christians should set an example and I don't think clubbing will set a good example. So what should I do? I really want to live for God. Should I go clubbing with my christian friends? Is it wrong for a christian to do this? Thanks guys, I really appreciate it!

I have a 20 gal. freshwater, 3 fish, had tank for about 5 weeks, upon initial setup, got 2 (mollies) fish, cycled fine, 2 weeks later, got 1 (molly) fish, cycled fine, left for work one day a week ago with crystal clear water, came home to extremely cloudy water, did 2 15% water changes in the 4 weeks prior, have done multiple since, no change, have tried treatments, conditioners, etc, still no change, current conditions in tank are: ammonia 6, and PH (did a test, came out yellow, color not on measuring card) if i had to guess would say about 5 and tank is 75F . I am new to all of this, just trying to keep fish alive, any help or suggestions would be grateful.

She has to go to the hospital with a bladder infection. Nothing life threatening. I called my husband, my therapist, everyone I knew to try to decide what to do. The doctor wants me to take her to the hospital. Well, Mom called and left a message saying that the doctor shouldn't have called me, since she knows of our severed relationship - and she will get someone to take her to the hospital and take care of her pets (my old job). She ended the message by saying that she wanted us to have a good Easter and wanted to give us some money.
I don't want money.

Anyway, I feel like the devil's daughter - but the abuse I have endured at her hands for 51 years is too much to take. Should I feel as bad as I do?
