I'm looking for a script /text to use with young people on a Christian meditation - maybe 20 minutes long. I've heard one which use a woodland walk and an encounter with a loved-one as its context

Walking meditation is a Buddhist form of meditation, based on Mindfulness.

The christian form of meditation, does not involve mindfulness {Insight), but involves simply thinking/pondering on a biblical
scripture. Joshua said to Meditate {ponder, think on) the Word of God, the bible - day and night. This is the christian form of meditation. Paul said to think on these things {christian meditation) in Phil.
4:4-8, which would bring your heart and mind peacefulness. This is how a christian Transforms their mind {Rom. 12:2), to acquire peace.

Buddhism is the only Philosophy of Life which practices Walking Meditation, based on Mindfulness[Insight]. The Buddhist practice of Loving-kindness meditation can also be successfully practiced for others, as one is walking too.

Meditate on the Proverbs or the Psalms or what Jesus said, in the red. Meditate on the 10 commandments as written in Exodus 20. Meditate on the Names of God, in Hebrew also.
