The Fuji F20 (about $130).

Anything less and you won't have decent pictures. It takes good videos too.

Wal-Mart you can get a 5mp for around $80!

The higher the mp the better a 3mp is good for a 3X5 picture or a 4X6 but you need a 5mp or better for a good full sheet picture (8 1/2 X 11)

I'd look under Polaroid. They come in cute colors. You aren't going to get much under 50....but that camera is the lowest price without compromising function and quality (only 79.99)

You won't find any good quality, THAT I KNOW OF! If you're willing to pay around 100 bucks, yeah. You will. Samsung digimax's are pretty good.

if you get one that cheap, it probably wouldn't take decent pictures.
