Are there a lot of parks and beaches for dogs? Do you see people walking dogs a lot in the area? It doesn't necessarily need to be in Seattle, but areas within 30 or so miles. Thanks!

Yes. It seems that people bring their dogs everywhere here. I would like for things to be a little LESS dog-friendly.
No, I'm not a dog hater, it's just that where the dog-friendly places grow, the ratio of irresponsible pet owners go up.
If your dog is trained to behave around strangers and you remove his poop from the sidewalks, then welcome! And thanks for bringing the ratio of responsible dog owners up with your visit.

In Seattle they have spacial dog parks where no leash is needed everywhere else loeashes are required however most places realy all the places i have ever been in Seattle and surrounding areas is dog friendly

Yes all over; lots of outdoor restaurants that people bring their dogs to also.
