I do some work out, but I have asthma, so I have to do very careful, the last time I went to the GYM for about 2 weeks exercising 5 days a week I end up in the hospital with bronquites!!! Any Tips? I want to lose about 15 lbs..

Recently I told a friend that I really love her. She lives at the other end of the country from me and I only get to see her when she is on holiday. She told me she only thought of me as a good friend, and I accepted this. She also told me she liked another guy. The only thing is I felt really upset and later that evening I had too much to drink and sent her a text I shouldn't have said, "i.e. if you change ur mind u know where to find me, u don't know how much u mean to me". When I had sobered up I sent her a text aplogising. However, this has been nearly five days ago and she has not returned my text. She is due to come back up for holidays on Friday and I don't know how to approach this.

Im not a Christian myself. But ive been hearing alot of things about how muslims are evil. I am persian myself. Well, Half white and half persian. So i come from 2 diffrent worlds. One of my friends witch i have debates with all the time told me Muslims are evil and kill innocent people. I read this to him.

giving up the social life to pursue a more meaningful existance. this being, hangin up the pitcher for a bigger income. giving up the trashy girls for no girls at all, but who knows, risky driving, boyfriends wanting to beat me up. etc. giving it up, rather make more money than get into trouble. does that make sense?

I am 15. I noticed that i had a cluster of small flesh coloured spots on my foreskin but a reliable friend assured me that they were harmless spots called PPP. I later found out that they are supposed to occur on the Glans of the penis, but i have them on my foreskin. Should i be worried?

I am an honest, hard working, mild mannered, American citizen. It has been awhile since I flew (I didn't have to take off my shoes last time... it was still optional).

Within a couple weeks I'll be going on a trip with my family and having to deal with these new assinine rules. Just thinking of them gets me upset. Why should I have to take off my shoes and walk barefoot over an area that many many others have walked with their dirty, sweaty feet? I resent the fact that we are treated like we are guilty of something just because we want or feel we need to fly on a commercial airplane. Americans put up with the manure every day.

Benjamin Franklin said that "those who would give up liberty for security deserve neither".

Making us jump thru hoops lets the bad guys win. They think we are cowards.

Besides drinking heavily so I don't care anymore (but then wouldn't be allowed to fly), what can I do to not say something I'd regret to the TSA person who is 'just doing their job'?

My cockatiel is about 5 years old and came from a home (my cousins actually) where he was neglected (almost a bird for xmas sort of thing) and sometimes quite badly treated when making a noise. We’ve had him a few years - about 3 or 4 I think - and I recently took the role of his sole owner. Now he's my pet and my responsibility, and I've become his favourite, like his companion.
He's a good bird and a pleasure but I can't fully enjoy him cos I can't even handle him. He gets very nervous when my hang gets anywhere near him and just moves away. He approaches me now and then when my finger is poking through the cage, he has his head down as if wanting a stroke but never fully commits.
Is he too old to tame? Can i ever fully gain his trust?
