Hi Mel
I'm also an astmatic so I understand the issue with the gym and working out.
You can still work out, you just need to do it in moderation. Don't push yourself as hard. You might even consider something like the Martial Arts, whre you not only get exercise but also learn to control your breathing. Just pace yourself.
As for a diet, I found that the Shapeworks products worked best for me.

About a 12 months in the past I was once approximately 35 kilos obese for my petitie frame, so I consulted one in all my peers that's a nutrionist. And as soon as I began consuming more healthy and workout I misplaced precisely 31 kilos. Just keep away from empty energy, like sweet, fatty salad dressings, and and many others. The foremost factor is to undertaking, ecspecially jogging due to the fact it strengthens your center. Or while you do realistic daily duties stand on one foot and your abs will in 2 weeks be tighter.

Eat veggies or fruit as part of a balanced diet. If you want some help, join weight watchers. An easy way to get fruit is to blend berries into a smoothie.

As much as you hate fruits and veggies, I would eat them anyways...there are ways to make them taste better. You should try that V-8 smoothies drink they sell in stores, that is very good. You can also take a multivitamin...that will give you the vitamins that the fruits and veggies are suppose to give you.
You can also eat oatmeal and cereals.

If you don't eat any fruits, or vegetables then the only diet I can suggest is the Atkins Diet. It is a high protein diet, where you may eat vegetables, and fruit. But you don't necessarily have to. If you don't eat f&v then it is very unhealthy anyway. You should take supplemental vitamins in general.
Good luck.

Well istead of in small portions not in whole meals that way your body will get used to small amounts of food. And also when walking when you feel like your breahting hard just stop and rest and then go slow at first till your lungs get used to teh walking. But start walking slow and go faster as you get used to it. But losse wright slowly might take a while but it won't come back.

When I opened your question I thought you needed help with your weight. Your weight is fine. You might be a little uncomfortable with it but you probably look fine. Your lung health at this point is far more important. As long as you keep from increasing your weight, you will be just fine.
