Can i get PPP on my foreskin?

I am 15. I noticed that i had a cluster of small flesh coloured spots on my foreskin but a reliable friend assured me that they were harmless spots called PPP. I later found out that they are supposed to occur on the Glans of the penis, but i have them on my foreskin. Should i be worried?

Your friend might be right. if you're worried, keep an eye on it for a while to see if anything changes. If not, then there's nothing to worry about (which is probably the case). Look the links and see if they sorta match what you think you have.
