Is there any glider store in Hungary especially in Budapest (a glider is a light aircraft which flies without engine)

It appears you want a "vitorlázórepülő" (literally sailing airplane), as opposed to a "sárkányrepulő" (literally kite-airplane, or even more literally dragon-flyer) "paraglider". There's also something called a "siklórepülő" (literally gliding-airplane) which seems to be a variant on a paraglider. (I get the impression that the former is a parachute-based thingy, while the latter has a more fixed wing, but both have the pilot dangling from the bottom.)

What I wasn't able to find was any site that purports to *sell* the dang things. It appears to be a friend-of-a-friend type business, so your best option is probably to contact a flight club or two, and ask around.

usually, you don't just go down to a store to buy an aircraft. You usually go through a dealer, or through private sale.
There are numerous online websites that specialize is buying and selling aircraft. I do not know of any in Budapest, but if you are willing to pay for crate cost and shipping, you can purchase gliders online.
Try www.ASO.com
www.barnstormers.com
or any of the other aircraft sites. Also, check the SSA website
