Im not a Christian myself. But ive been hearing alot of things about how muslims are evil. I am persian myself. Well, Half white and half persian. So i come from 2 diffrent worlds. One of my friends witch i have debates with all the time told me Muslims are evil and kill innocent people. I read this to him.

If you can say.. Well... this only happend 300 years ago... That is the worse answer ever... But it did still happen.
Kill Homosexuals

You are quoiting the Old testament! They lived under the Old Jewish Laws that were very harsh! Jesus came as a sacrifice, for our sins. We are no longer under the old Law! "Jesus said, I am the resurrection,and the life.He that believeth in me, though he were dead, shall be live." John 11:25

Friend In my 9 months on this site, I have always said that God is First a God of Love, Then a God of Judgement, Then a God of wrath, God put up with Sodom & Gomorrah for a long time But then destroyed them, God put up with mankind before the flood & he gave Noah 120 yrs. to build the ark, then Judgement & wrath came. And now God has given mankind 2000 yrs. to repent & most have NOT. So the only thing that is to come soon is Judgement & wrath. Your Muslums think they can dictate when to Judge & try to bring man made wrath. The USA can do that also, or any country. But God's Judgement & wrath is just in front of us.

why do so many Muslims like to do this to fellow Muslims and infidels alike?
and then say "praise allah!' and videotape the whole thing to add insult to injury,
you would think they would be ashamed of such acts of barbarism, but they seem very proud.
Many horrifying things really ARE done in the name of Islam,
just look at the Taliban.
You could hardly bring up one for instance of any atrocity done in the name of "jesus" that didn't happen over 300 years ago.....

Religion is primitive.... the predecessor to science...... much like the Australopithecus Africanus is the predecessor (missing a few steps) to Homo Sapiens.
"Evil" is a human fallacy... essentially assigned to that which people as a group disapprove of. In days gone by it was almost exclusively a tool manipulated by those in power to apply to their enemies. While that is still happening these days, the average person does have the fragment of independance necessary to be able to direct the accusation at anything deemed conventionally to be detrimental... whether truly for society or just for themselves.

You dont have to look at scripture to see christian violence, and since someone argued that it hasn't happened in 300 years I will just give you examples from this time period.
Witch burnings which happened as recently as the last decade in Mexico and last year in Papa New Guinea, Assassinations of abortion doctors, 2 Rwandan nuns where tried and convicted of giving information that led to the deaths of 5000 (they supplied the gas that burnt them alive as well) and lets not forget good ole southern lynching and dragging

In history all nations and people have been cruel and harsh at one point in time or another.
Christians stopped witch burnings in 1650. They stopped fighting each other in Northern Ireland in recent times
Islamics are killing homosexuals as we speak
