We have seperated and he is refusing to pay me money he borrowed from me and my half of bond money. I've been to a solicitor and he's sent my maggot of a husband a letter stating payment within 7 days. It's now been 9 days and we've not heard a word. My husband is a police officer and verbally abused me for 12 months until I got the money to GET OUT. I'm now on my own and I want my money. For the last 6 months of my marriage, I lived in the spare room of the house we were renting. I was paying half the rent and half of every bill that came into the place. Also half food bills. If he laid eyes on me he would verbally abuse me. He accused me of having toy boys and sugar daddys because I wasn't giving him sex. He is a VERY HEAVY DRINKER. 133 cans of beer in 12 days. He drives DRUNK and is not worried about getting caught because he's stated, ALL I HAVE TO DO IS FLASH MY BADGE and they'll let me drive off. This man has no concience. He's a drunken abuser and doesn't care.

The notion of popular amendment comes from the conceptual framework of the Constitution. Its power derives from the people; it was adopted by the people; it functions at the behest of and for the benefit of the people. Given all this, if the people, as a whole, somehow demanded a change to the Constitution, should not the people be allowed to make such a change? As Wilson noted in 1787, "... the people may change the constitutions whenever and however they please. This is a right of which no positive institution can ever deprive them."

It makes sense - if the people demand a change, it should be made. The change may not be the will of the Congress, nor of the states, so the two enumerated methods of amendment might not be practical, for they rely on these institutions. The real issue is in the practical. Since there is no process specified, what would the process be? There are no national elections today - even elections for the presidency are local.

Hey guys. I will have meeting tomorrow with politics students from other institutions. What you think is the best practical resolution for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
Bearing in mind that Israel came into being 1948, so we cannot neglect Palestinian and we cannot wipe out Israel from the map. Also, bear in mind that Hamas, which is in power, now is not in the UN list of terrorist organisation, whereas it is in our list in UK and USA. Many people think that Hamas was only representing the self-defence right. Any let us go back to the question,


**What the resolution that tomorrow in our UN meeting win over-all majority for the Israel-Palestinian conflict. Please support your resolution with reasonable persuasive reasons and facts to convince other delegates.

1991 - 5.0 - 115,000 miles - good compression - sounds strange when turning over - hard to start - idles rough - have taken timing cover off but looks as though marks are close to being right but there is a lot of play in chain and they dont line up exact. Is there some tolerence? Or as long as they havent actually jumped, this isnt the problem? Thanks!

Would people please stop telling me what an awful person I am? I hate myself enough as it is. I’m neither selfish nor a bad person and if you knew me you’d realize that. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone. I didn’t come here to be judged, I came here for objective advice. I made a mistake, a huge one I know that and I would give anything to change what I did. I didn’t leave him with nothing. I made sure he received the best medical care possible and even though he’s a very wealthy man I left without a cent because I didn’t want his money. It really couldn’t have been all that bad if he survived on his own; at least I hope it wasn’t. He’s young (31) and fit. We’re still married and I hope to God he doesn’t choose to throw away 7 years of marriage because of one mistake.
