No it isn't! I just call them sexy, and leave it at that!

Heels (as long as they're not too high) and pantyhose are standard corporate attire for women. However, miniskirts are a gray area. If it shows a good deal of thigh, it's definitely too much. But skirts that just hover above the knee are acceptable.

No it isn't fair! People should be able to wear what ever they want where ever they want and when ever they want. It's not up to us to judge someone by what they wear. Most of the time it's the females who get upset by another lady who dresses like this. There isn't anything wrong with it! Almost always, females who say bad things about women dressed like this are jealous! They would never admit it but it's true!
Good question

No...that's a generalisation...and is not fair. Some women may just appreciate good fashion and know when they look good. Doesn't necessarily mean they're dressing up to tease all the boys in the office.

Women dress like that to get attention. I dress like that sometimes when I feel the need to be noticed without any effort. I don't want to be a tease, I just like to see reactions from people. Its fun to see guys with their girlfriends get into trouble for looking.

Though I will add, in a professional environment it is inappropriate and skanky.

Not really. Some just like to show off their legs.

Some who have skirts so short you can see the bottoms of their panties, to me are sluts.

It's not fair but wearing those is a bit inappropriate especially if it's an office.

Yeah go ahead; they will love the attention!
An extreme example: Paris Hilton loves to be called anyhting, as long as people are talking about her. Its the same thing, on a smaller scale.

Well i dont as its not practical. But its not fair to call them teases, women can wear what they like its only men thinking that they want sex who want to call them teases. Welcome to the 21st century my friend!
