Why is marijuana still illegal?

Still, scientists say it is non toxic, nobody ever died from it (compared to alcohol), and there are numerous good side effects it has on medical patients... Why is it still illegal? Why is it not controlled?

At what age did your children stop using booster seats?

The RACT recommend 8 to 10 years but I don't know of many children in this age group still using one, just wondering what other peoples opinions are.

Web site cookies.?

Is it legal for a web site to print on their opening page that they guarantee there downloads ar free from spyware, addware and illegal tracking cookies, then when you download from the web site your computer fills up with the items the site said it is free from. I wanted some smilies so i downloaded from cursormania.com. After a while my computer started locking up. So after spending a lot of money and installing a spyware program i found some very dangerous spyware that had been downloaded from cursormania.com. so i guess my point is if you are from cursor mania and you didn't know about this then get it fixed. to all others does any one know where i can get smilies without downloading a heap of dangerous spyware?

"what is this numbing feeling I'm having in my arm?"?

every time i'm sitting down i start to get a numbing in my left shoulder shooting down my are right to my finger tips and it has now even become a painfull numbiong, {i hate it} thats how it started anyway now it's also happening even when just standing a certain way, my thought is that i have a pinched nerve, a friend told me maybe i should see a chiropractor, what do you think?
