First off, changing weights is not going to make you feel perfect. You need to accept yourself. Maybe weight loss helps people who were really overweight with self-esteem issues, but you are already underweight, losing another 5 lbs is only going to give you more problems. You should really be trying to gain some weight.

People who are already underweight (or average) and want to lose weight in order to be "perfect" - they will never reach their goal. I realize you said in your eyes, but what does that mean? 95 lbs is not healthy unless you are 4'9" or under. For 100 lbs the healthy height is around 4'11".

Are you eating a healthy diet, including all food types and calories? Are you getting enough exercise? If those both are yes then you shouldn't worry about what the scale says. You will look good.

Whatever you do, do not deny your body the nutrients it needs. Okay? What is the point of looking 'perfect' when your hair falls out and you have bad breath?
