In August 2002 I was cited for a DUI in CALIFORNIA.. Although I was never taken to trial, or took any plea; my license was reinstated in May 2004 than suspended in October 2006 because somehow the case became active. Can I file a Motion to Dismiss based on the time variance?

it sounds like a flute but with an indian or native american flavor. Do you know the name of that instrument? Do you know any other songs where that instrument is used and its sound is clear? it is so soothing I was thinking I might find some musical pieces to help me relax. I think I am having trouble getting all those food groups in during a day and need some advice on how to adjust my diet so the baby is well nurished. (and I take a pre-natal vitamin & iron pill in the morning) Here's a normal day for me: bowl of cereal, glass of OJ, small turkey & cheese wrap for snack, vegetable soup, plum, trail mix, hard boiled eggs for snack, pasta & meatballs for dinner with carrots & dip, apples and peanut butter for late snack, & milk.
I am having a problem getting dark leafy greens (because I can't think of how to eat them other than salads) (maybe V8 fusion drink?) I'm trying, really I am, but I don't think I am getting enough good stuff for the baby. How can I change my diet?

Me and this chick were good friends last year. And this year i joked around a lot with her because it made her smile . Does anyone know where I can volunteer in the Raleigh, NC area to work with poor people or old people?

It's for a project and I need to get a few hours of volunteering in. The problem is I need to be able to do it before March 31 so if you know anywhere that will take last minute things please let me know.

i'm in love with a guy..he knows it but pretends he does not.
we used to atleast say HI before...but from past few months after he came back from his trip he seems to ignore me! he doesnt even say hi...he walked past me so many times...
i dont know what changed!
before his trip he showed a lot of interest in me...i dont know what happened...whenever i tell him hi he replies but rudely as if he is obligated..!

I met a Filipina in myasianrose, she asks me to help her financially to process her US tourist visa to come and visit me in NYC. I have doubts that Us embassy in Manila will give Visa to someone unless you have at least $10,000 USD in your bank account as guarantee money and a great job in the Philippines. I'm not trying to be insulting, I'm asking a genuine question here.

Sometimes the solution to a problem is hard to find, but invariably, most problems turn out to be much simpler to solve than they first seem.

Sometimes, after sleeping on a problem, the answer will occur to you naturally.

Sometimes things just turn out to be easier than you thought they'd be or go better than you thought they would.

As an atheist, I just put this down to life being easier when you face problems rather than avoid them.

As christians, if you have prayed for a solution to a problem, and then you find an answer, would you consider that your prayer has been answered?
