fatigue is normal when carrying a baby who is constantly growing. When I was pregnant I made sure that I eat fresh fruits tried to eat right--not a lot of greasy foods which can make you feel sluggish. Eat 6 meals a day-mainly small meal get plently of rest, drink plenty of water-if thats hard try adding a little of juice for flavor. I also took short walks sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air. Also there is a snack bar or nutrinal drink for pregnant or nursing mothers that gave me enery its called HEALTHY MOM (ensure) it is pretty good when you mix it with old milk I only liked the chocolate--being that I was pregnant with twins. Hope this helps and congrats to the new addition

Easiest way to boost your energy is with GOOD food and plenty of sleep. (if you are in early pregnancy feeling weak and tired is just part of it, and I swear it will get better.) Some good foods to eat are applea (apples & peanut butter maybe?) Smoothies, salads (maybe a great chef salad with some meat & chesse in it too.) These foods will make you feel good and give you natural energy. Good luck and talk to your doctor about it too, every little detail helps them give you the best care. :)

get lots of rest but not all in one hit,

regularly sit down and put your feet up for 10/15 mins (if you can that is!)

if you've got other kids try to get them out on play dates or get a friend or relation round to give you a regular break.

I did this with my sister when she was expecting her 2nd, I took out my nephew every day for 1 or 2 hours to give her a bit of peace and quiet.

try to exercise, but in moderation. lying/sitting all day will just slow down your body processes. also try improving your diet, but make sure its a healthy one
