I would like to lose weight on my lower legs (if that's not possible, then tone them), but I'm not quite sure what I should do.
At the moment, I go on my exercise bike for 20 minutes/5 days a week. But I don't think that's doing anything for my lower legs.
In addition to that, I recently started skipping. I heard that it works...if so, how long should I skip for per day to start seeing results? (I've started out not doing very many minutes - I don't want to overwork myself/injure myself)
I'd like to be able to tone/lose some weight off my legs in two months, for a special occasion.
any tips?
Oh and I'm a vegetarian - I feel that I eat fairly healthily. But I do have a soft drink/soda addiction. ;) I drink diet, though.
