my hair is wavy curly ...meduim/long length..should i cut it ? i think i should because its spring and i want to be fresh and new! and ..its not like its not going to grow back i have all summer?... i want short bangs {but thick} im not sure...

noo!!! That type of hair is very sexy... lol...
try putting your bangs over your head with a clip and make 2 LOW pig tails.
make a cute messy bun or a cute ponytail, maybe a low ponytail
casual braids
anyways, you can do soo much with your hair
get a nice head band or hair wrap and put it sort of in the middle of your head, bangs in the front
... short bangs kind of look emo in a way...

I think you could take volume with those special kind of scissors from your hair (ask to an hair stylist to do it) and let it long and straighten your hair with an iron, you can buy one so you can use it whenever you want. You can also make some highlights because this really make a big difference and looks cute!

Maybe cut it and try straightening it for a while, and I'd go with side swept bangs.
