More power and better fuel economy don't go hand in hand, so you'll need to figure out which one you want to do. Remember, the Sunfire is basically an economy car. It may never make great power no matter how many parts you throw at it.

You could try adding a NOS system to it, and only hit the button sparingly!

As for where to find the parts, and large auto parts place should be able to help you, the NAPAs, A&As, Pep Boys and the like.

The best way to help any engine is to help it breath.. Intake system and exhaust..Hard to get the best of both worlds after that..Not sure what chip you are talking about..It is a sunfire making alot of power is possible these days but will cost you..

the sunfire is the same car as a Cavalier when it comes to the engine. so there is a huge aftermarket for it. just type in "cavalier performance parts" on Yahoo! and you'll get great sites like these.

The only horsepower gain I can think of is going down a hill.A steep one.The arsefire wasn't really a sports car.Put in Lay's potato chips, and it might go faster..with Olestra.
