(1.3X10^-20) (7.7 X 10^33) = 1.001 x 10^14

I have found on the net that Ksp for

AlPO4---> Al+++ +PO4---= 10^-7.74

so pK = log 1/10^-7.74 = log 10^7.74

pK = 7.74

I have no other base to do the calculus
