I don't have my instruction booklet with me at the moment and my sister won't tell me when she knows. I have pluggled my camera up to the computer but nothing has happened. Please tell me what I can do

I have gone to my computer but is hasn't be able to detect my camera :(

I realised what my problem was. the usb connecters at the front of the moniter weren't working so I went to the back.
Thanks for the help though

Use a card reader. That way you do not need software from the camera. Just plug the card reader into a USB port and then insert your camera card into the card reader. Your photos will now show on the computer and you can view or save as required.

Is the camera on? Make sure you turn it on after you plug it in. Then go to My computer. You should see your camera load up an icon there as like a removable drive maybe. Click that and it should help you with the rest. Good luck!

I've found the easiest way is to take your memory card to walmart and uploaded all your pics to a cd. Once youve done this you can put it in your computer and it will recognize the cd and load the pics onto your computer. I had to do this when I lost the cord which hooks my camera to the computer. Its very simple and only costs around two bucks for the cd. Hope this helps.

plug the cable to your PC and camera.
click My Computer.. you should see the folder of your camera, click that folder.
Your PC should be able to detect it.
