You should be well groomed and smart. She will respond to your love if your express your lovein sincere way . You should be very nice to her. You should behave in a gentle and educated way. If she looks in your eyes, be very gentle and very soft. She will come to you and it will be your obligation to understand read her mind and thinking. If she is close to you, invite her in a restaurant. The time for meeting should be set after consultation with her, as she will be available at the appointed time in her off time. I would create a convoluted scheme where you mascarade as a doctor for half a year. Also, follow her around or hire an investigator to get any info on her you can. bra size, kindegarten teacher, friends, bank account numbers, time of the month wink wink.
After you have all the information and you are mascarading as a doctor, try to get her alone in a supply closet and give her a peanut butter sandwich, or maybe a chili dog... Girls love chili dogs.
