My friend met this man in Vegas when she traveled there for a wedding. She lives in the Northeast, yet they hit it off, and talked everyday and night for months. She made an effort to go see him and they eloped. The thing is he has a son from a previous marriage and has been married twice. He was engaged to someone else before her. Well, the thing is, she found out he had been sleeping with some other girl the whole time. It wasn't just one affair with her. My friend has made an effort to fly down there and see him and he only visited once to meet her family. They still live in apart because of work for the time being. Now, he was sorry and she forgave him, but then after, they argued and said he wanted to give up on the relationship. She went down to get some things, and he was sorry all over again. And now, she is forgave him again and is continuing to leave her life here to be with him. He has a good job, but I feel he is not the man she thinks he is. He lied to her about his 2nd

A guy was sitting quietly reading his paper when his wife walked up behind him and whacked him on the head with a frying pan.

“What the hell was that for?” he asked.

“That was for the piece of paper in your pants pocket with the name Mary Lou written on it,” she replied.

“But you don’t understand,” he pleaded. “Two weeks ago when I went to the races, Mary Lou was the name of one of the horses I bet on.”

“Oh honey, I’m sorry,” she said. “I should have known there was a good explanation.”

Three days later he was watching a ball game on TV when she walked up and hit him in the head again, this time with the iron skillet, which knocked him out cold. When he came to, he asked, “What was that for?” he begged.

5 and a half years ago, I fell madly in love with a woman. I was so sure that she was everything to me. After 5 years, I don't feel anything anymore. I'm really confused as to what to do now! If I leave her, how can I ever trust myself to love again? Won't I just end up, after a few years, hurting someone else? So maybe I should stay with her, because the same would happen if I chose someone else? I'm so confused!

The problem is, I'm not even sure if I want to continue with her, so how can I put forth an honest effort to try to get things going? I'm just so tired of it all.. Sometimes I just wish I could meet someone new, but then again, wouldn't it just be the same after a while? (By the way, as far as I know, there aren't any marriage counselors in my country.)

A lady walked into a drugstore and told the pharmacist she needed some cyanide right away. The pharmacist naturally was concerned by such a request and asked, "Why in the world do you need cyanide?"

The lady then explained that she needed it to poison her husband. The pharmacist's eyes got big and he said, "I can't give you cyanide to kill your husband! That's against the law! I'll lose my license. They'll throw both of us in jail and all kinds of bad things will happen! Absolutely not—you cannot have any cyanide!"

The lady reached into her purse and pulled out a picture of her husband in bed with the pharmacist's wife.

Many cities in America are plain broke and using laws such as bicycle helmets and jaywalking as a means to rake in fines. Yet when serious crimes occur such as assult with a deadly weapon, they drag their feet as to do anything at all... So honesntly, how can you claim to be cracking down in the name of public safety, when serious crimes aren't being touched at all. Espically when they now seek to put traffic cameras on every street corner they can get away with!!!

First let me just say that I'm not trying to brag. I honestly want to know if you think my 3 year (and 4 months) old daughter is smart. I have nothing to base it on, such as other children ...

She's very independent and does lots of stuff on her own like, brushing teeth, washing face & hands, dressing herself, putting shoes on. She's completely potty-trained.

She can write her name, count to 25 (and 10 in Spanish from Dora and Sesame Street), sing her ABCs, she knows her colors. She speaks in complete sentences. She knows several (kids) songs. She can draw a square, rectangle, circle, oval, triangle and heart.

And she listens to EVERYTHING! I was talking to my mom about a week ago and asked her how my niece was who had strep throat. And today, my daughter asked me if Sandra could come over and I said "no, not rght now" (because she was at dance class). And she asked if it was because she had strep throat.

Is this stuff normal for a 3 1/2 old? I just don't know. Thanks!

Ya know, I'm a regular and I've been around here long enough to observe.

So why is there these people who provoke others and start hatemongering, making people hate each other, stating lies and deceit, bashing each others religion, instead of spreading love, peace, harmony and equality?

All of us can live in peace, muslims, christians, jews, atheists, buddhists, hindus,

So what if my friend doesn't believe in my religion, it's his choice. Whatever I may say won't change his mind, so I respect that and leave him alone, instead of preaching I might as well preach harmony and peace.

Still, even though I try very hard to maintain this harmony, there are some people who are spread hatred by lies, hypocrites, and ruins everything for everyone. There isn't much of these people, but they affect the whole thing.

So why?

Why must there be such people that wants to hate and want others to hate as well?

Why do people listen to them?

Why can't we just get along?
