I take one xanax a night to calm me down enough to go to sleep. I have been doing it for six years now. Xanax has helped me fall asleep throughout some of the toughest times in my life ie Graves Disease, Sciatica, breakups etc. My doctor doesn't want to prescribe it anymore because she feels that I'm addicted and she also told me she fears that she's going to lose her license. I feel ashamed that I take something to go to sleep and don't tell anyone about it. Only a handful of people know about it and they don't judge me but my doctor judged me and they want me to go into rehab. I don't abuse it, I only take one a night! I'm in a tight situation because I'm forced to buy meds online or get them when I go abroad. What should I do? I've read that getting off xanax can take up to two years before you feel "normal" again. I hated my life before it because I've always had a hard time shutting down at night. BTW Ambien sucks. Xanax doesn't give you a hangover.

I'm driving 6 hours to take a Jonas Brothers obsessed 14 year old to see them in Arkansas in May and know nothing about them. I remember back in the day when *N Sync first started, they had autograph signings/meet and greets before their concerts (awww...good times good times) and was curious to see if the same was still in effect nowadays. So if anyone knows if they have these signings before or after the concert, I'd like some info....such as where and what time it starts and if tickets for that are sold separately or if you just have to show your concert ticket to get in so we can leave earlier enough before the show. Thanks!

My 14 year old cousin just found out she is 7 months pregnant. She is from a broken, dirt poor home. Her mother is the primary caregiver for my grandmother who just had a massive stroke. Her mother says she will raise the baby but if she does so, she will not be able to care for my grandma and there is no one else who can right now. Other factor is my cousin's mother is a bad person who lies and steals from family and has an on/off drug problem for over 25 years. I know I need to be very careful and tactful if I offer the option of adopting her baby. What should I say if I do it? I have only thought of - that we have been in a happy, stable marriage for almost 10 years, have well paying stable jobs that include premier health insr. tuition reimbursment for kids college, have a nice home, the time available to take care of a kid and we live in a large city with many cultural and educational benefits that baby would not get in backwoods KY. (I grew up there.) Any advice?

My on again off again ex-boyfriend broke up again for the second time a month and a half ago (he ended it the first time I ended it the second time). Then he called me out of the blue about a week ago. I ignored his calls and texts. He ended up coming up to where I live and I finally agreed to see him. He told me that he missed me and wanted another chance. He said he wanted us to be together. That he was going through something weird before, but he had thought about it and that he missed talking to me and hanging out with me and that meant to him that he wanted to be with me, but he wasnt very emotional. We talked (sort of), kissed, and he wanted me to go down and party with him and his friends, but I couldn't go. I think I've had enough drama and bulshit, so I don't know if I really want him back again or not, so I just told him that maybe if we took it slow I was willing to see. Its been four days since then and I haven't heard from him. I don't get it. What happened?

I cut meat from my diet in the last 31/2 weeks I noticed that I'm beginning to to shed some weight on my lower(its starting to look really good) body but my stomach is getting larger. I'm also feeling some lower back pain on and off. I'm taking a multivitamin and I'm eating eggs and dairy products for protein. I feel a lot better 100% with the exception of the bloated feeling and occasional back pain. It seems okay in the morning its worse at night. Should I start doing Cardio big time? Any1. I have 2 female dogs: Mel is a Dingo x Border Collie and Jess is an Akita x English Setter. Mel is 5 years old and Jess is 3 years old. I've decided that I want another dog (purebred) but I want a puppy this time as I adopted Mel and Jess. Mel was 3 years old when I get her and Jess was 2 years old.
Although adoption is very rewarding, I feel like getting a pup from a breeder but have NO IDEA what breed would be compatible with dominant crosses (DINGO and AKITA). My girls aren't dominant but Jess is a little reserved as she was phisically abused when she was a puppy. I've got a trainer helping me with her and it's going well.
What breed do you think would suit me?
Mel is very good with dogs but hates cats.
Jess is reserved and submissive, hates cats and does OK with dogs.
I want a large sized dog as Mel and Jess are both big girls, one that is active like my girls and will do best inside. Grooming and exercise is not a problem.
