I'm sure it is ... At 15 I was 5'7" and 125 and I was a little underweight ... But at 15, you've still got growing to do ... So don't stress too much ... Here's some food for thought - my mother (who is really a genius but a little overweight) is on a new diet ... the point of that is the diet stresses not so much the scale, it says even to toss it out - but to look at your stomach measurement. Did you know muscle weighs 3 times as much as fat? The best way to tell if you are a healthy weight (I know it's hard when you're a teen because all the BMI scales are for adults) is either to get on a real fat indicator scale ( a lot of health clubs have them, they look like funny scales with pinchers and printers (you'll need help to use them) - or ask your health teacher at school ) or just to look at yourself. Do you have a little or a lot of pinchable fat around your belly? Your legs? Can you see your ribs all the time? People are built all shapes and sizes, and I'm sure yours is healthy.

Youre fine im 20 yrs old 5'5 and I weigh 103 im supposed to weigh I think 125 or 130 for my height but ive always been told it will catch up to me with all of my junk food habits. Believe me Ive been asked and have been gossiped by others about having an eating disorder in which i never have cause I eat everything, I remember even asking my doctor if she could prescribe something to make me gain weight, now that I am older I no longer listen to others and their comments and them wanting me to change because it's a jealousy thing and I know the truth that I eat all of the time.

Yes, that is a very healthy weight. In fact, you could certainly gain more weight if you wanted. Don't try to loose weight, because you will be too skinny and it just won't look good or be healthy!

It depends on your body frame, but 100 pounds at 5' tall is usually a pretty healthy weight! :)

im 15 5ft5 nd 103 pounds so your prob healthier than me cuz am taller than u....yeh sounds bout right cos ur bmi is 19.5 and normal weight is between 18.5 and 24.9....if ur eating right then ull be oryt....jus remember everyone is different :) hope dis helped ya!
