i know many religious people who go to church more than the usual, but when they are dealing with other people, its like they don't even know how to pray. Its like they are not part of a religious group

The condition of the heart is the ONLY thing we will be judged by.

Church or no church.

God cares ONLY if we learned this.
The mind of man is nothing compared to the heart...that part that CARES.

If we don't care...we are nothing.

Attend to the heart if you desire to inherit eternal life.

As a Catholic, I believe that it's important to attend Mass. However, that is not the end of one's obligation to religion. If you're pious during Mass, but are spiteful outside of church, then it's clear that something's wrong. Mere church attendance is not necessarily a sign of either godliness or well-developed spirituality.

Mass is important for catholics, but not as important as how you treat/deal with others. Many do not know how to pray because it's not done enough by them...and church for them is more of show than know..

I am a Christian and think treating other people right is WAY more important than going to church. Take my Grandma for example, she's never missed a day of mass in her life but when it comes to her family, she favours her sons and their children over her daughters and their children...

Mass is the most important thing we will do as mortals on earth. The problem is with most people, including Catholics, is they don't really know what Mass is and what we're supposed to leave it with.

Once we fully understand those things, it sets us up to what we're supposed to do the rest of the time. One compliments the other.

treating people right is first.

no where does it say one must attend church. actually the Bible warns us a few times of the church and its ways.

dont worry about missing mass. Just watch it on tv sunday morning, while in the confornt of your warm bed. basically the same as getting up and going to church.
