I don't have any other symptons of strep throat, just the sore throat. The spot kind of looks like a canker sore.

could be strep throat, but you arent having any other symptoms such as fever or vomiting. Adenovirus and leukoplakia can also produce white patches on the throat. Adenovirus can also act like strep.

Be sure to practice good handwashing, keep your hands away from your mouth, and drink plenty of fluids (it helps with the sore throat, the more you drink, the less it hurts). Stay away from anything acidic, like citrus, it will irritate your throat.

Strep MUST be treated AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It can lead to other, more serious infections, such as rheumatic fever, which will damage heart valves, etc...

Sounds like Strep Throut. I've hade it several times and that's what it look like--a canker sore. You should see the Doc for you will need antibiotics to get rid of the infection.

It sounds like the start of strep throat. Make an appoinment with your doctor

it could be just that, a canker sore, or it could be the starts of strep throat. i would see a dr just in case

You may not be hurting now, but you will, I'm not a doctor, but you may have strep throat.
