how do i know? we met online and have talked everyday for a year now..he wants me to come see him..im fine with that...but im scared of the scams people do for greencards and whatever..he says he loves me and i am the only one he wants.im so sure he loves me.i dont even know why i am questioning this.but i suppose its natural for me to be like this. im so nervous and confused any advice will help. thnks

According to leap year calculations:
1. If a year is divisable by 4: then leap year, unless
2. Year is divisable by 100: then not leap year, except when
3. Year is divisable by 400: then leap year, if and only if
4. Year is not disisable by 4000 then not leap year.

Is step 4 used at all? I know 1-3 is for sure.

I am programming a leap year script; it's not like it will be important to me - I'll won't be able to live 1993 years to see it. Just curious.

I can open my blogger account and edit the content. The only problem I have is that I cannot view my account. I want to see the effects of my updates but after several attempts to open my account, the webpage can't be uploaded. I've received a note that my account is viewable from outside china. I have been dating this girl for 1 year exactly and we've had our ups and downs she smokes pot and until recently i did it to every once and a while. I've decided that i've made a lot of mistakes this past year but i love this girl and have had thoughts of future marriage. she smokes too much and it seems she would rather smoke then hang out with me. she invites me to chill but i don't want to be around these collage age people who have done much more than pot in there age. im only 18. this is my first girlfriend and i truly do love her we planned to move in together soon but i feel my life might be bad if i proceed with this idea. im very depressed lately(already on paxil for that) and just don't know what to do anymore i love her but i want someone better.but she's the only one who's ever loved me like this. im scared to think of my life without her. but she wants a party life before settling down and im happy in my idea of my future safe fun and successful in college this fall.

I have 2 neighbords 13 and 14. They were in my house (the only ones in years nobody else comes to my house cause we are very busy with school and work)
Anyways, my jewerly is gone (around $2,000). I just came from these kids house and spoke to their parents. The parents aren't really hard on them. The kids didn't say anything.
I will be calling the police but there is no proof. The kids have my space with lots of drugs and guns pictures. I know they stole for drugs.

What else can I do to recover my jewerly?
Wedding ring, diamond ring and gold ring is what was taken.

I will soon be in a job where I commute half the week home half the week, and want to buy a powerful but affordable portable computer. I don't even know the diff between a laptop and a notebook. Whichever is most portable with an adult sized keyboard and a nice screen. Any suggestions? This is for leisure use. I would like to use it for DVD, mp3, and small games (less than 100MB programs stored in the hard drive running out of RealArcade, etc). Hoping to spend less than 1000 USD.

Related is an internet question. I would like access from the new computer whether I'm home or away. I know a little about wi-fi but I think this depends on nearby signal. Since my job and home are 70 miles apart, and the job is in a rural area, wi-fi is unlikely. So can you get internet piped into a portable computer in an out of the way location? How much does this service cost, and who provides such a service? I guess it would be comparable to "roaming" on a cell phone.
