how do i know? we met online and have talked everyday for a year now..he wants me to come see him..im fine with that...but im scared of the scams people do for greencards and whatever..he says he loves me and i am the only one he wants.im so sure he loves me.i dont even know why i am questioning this.but i suppose its natural for me to be like this. im so nervous and confused any advice will help. thnks

Online relationships, particularly international, can be risky. If you're questioning it, then listen carefully to that little voice. It's very hard to get to know somebody well enough for this level of trust with only online and phone chats... Be careful!

You need to ask him if he is serious about you and make sure he pays at least half the expenses for when he does meet you in person. Do not be duped into paying all or most of the money as this will be a major sign that he is just using you to get over here and to get his greencard. Ifeel he needs to pay all expenses to actually come over here and meet you to begin with. I sure hope he is not just using you on this one. When you do meet him in person make sure that you still feel the same way about him that you did online and see how he reacts to you and i would say that he should be over here for at least a year before you ever even think of getting serious or marry him any ways. He should really try to get his green card on his own if at all possible.

It is really hard to fall in love with someone you never met in person. It sounds like hes in love with an image or the idea of being in love. Just be real careful, theres alot of crazies out here and you may be walking into a trap. Agree to meet him at a public place with alot of people, and not at his place or yours. Ask all the questions you want and watch how he answers and above all trust your gut instincts. Youre on here cause youre not sure about this and thats a good thing. People can write whatever they want on here to make themself look real good, but until you meet them, youll never know. Dont be afraid to take a friend along, maybe keep them in the background if you feel he will get offended but have someone nearby just in case. Also be careful what information you give him too. Friendship through the internet should not be trusted as you don't know what the real intentions are. So i would say that if this relationship is happening for you, go for it but don't blame anybody if something does go wrong. Good luck.

i guess you never know unless you talk to him presonally to see who he really is. Talking online everyday is a way of communication but never can really lead to a real relationship where you have to meet him, spend some time with him to know if you're right for him or if he's what you want. So meet him to take your chance. !

Nervous and confused, your gut is telling you something is wrong, trust your gut. You must have seen red flags to be as scared as you are. I have ignored red flags in the past and gotten burned bad, be careful.

You has to enquire him from the local detectives or at embassies about him for detective you has to pay the amount. The detective will give all the informations about him to you, this will make your life even pleasant than confusing yourself.

I do get proposals from all the marimonials ,thanks to my nosey mom.There is never a place emotions do not draw us to.Try getting to know the person better(families especially or getting a private investigator)after all it is your life and world you are going to place him on.
