It should not be, as feroglobin is just a combination supplement of iron, zinc, B12, and folate. None of those are known cause weight gain or fat accumulation due to toxicity --toxic effects will be manifest more like fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, neuropathy, liver damage, or something like along those lines.
