It may be a stupid question, but are full moons the same all over the world? I was told that most babies are born on the full moon and am wondering when the next one is? I am in australia

Yes, the full moon is everywhere at the same time. Constellations are different in the north and south hemispheres, but the moon is the same.

Most babies come during the change of the moon. The next full moon is April 2.

No that is just a myth and has no basis on reality.
However, more babies are born on Tuesday than any day of the week... but that is just statistics.
