i drink soy milk 1 glass in the morning, 1 glass in the evening and 2 glass before sleep.

Just make sure it is low calorie soy milk. too many calories is what is going to make you fat. you need to make sure to eat low calories and burn off more calories than you consume!

Soy can interact with your thyroid, and if you have a thyroid problem soy can make you put on weight. I used to drink a lot of soy, and found when I stopped drinking as much loosing weight did become easier. Everything in moderation I say.
