my mum had a cervical spinal cord surgery on 7th, she has a wound on her near front neck, it's been almost 2 weeks but she still HAVEN'T removed the dressing, i wasn't there when my dad charged her out of hospital, i asked him did the nurse tell him how to take care of the dressing, he recalled nothing about it, and he said we shouldn't touch it anyway, because he thinks it should be removed by doctor/nurse on the follow up day (which was last friday, but the doctor had an emergency and didn't show up and the date has been postponed to tomorrow) so... is there any dressing should be removed by professional or all kind of dressing should be changing everyday, are we making a horrible mistake?

Someone suggested masking tape, but I don't have any on me at the moment. I may go fetch some. But..does placing a layer or two of printer paper between the glass hood of the tank and the aquarium light cause a fire hazard? I've toutched the bulb and it doesn't get very hot. There's about a 1 inch clearance between the bulb and the paper.

Is it this safe and okay?

back to work on tuesday so dreading it what do u say to a person(it's a girl)who u know hates! me. and would go out of her way to like make fun of u when others are around and doesn't say anything on her own.
i haven't said anything but hello once,oh she so hates me and i actually find it hard to talk to people i guess she thinks i put it on to be rude or something which i so don't get why would i not say anything to be rude?i don't think i can change how she feels but if she knew i was like this at home as well as work and hardly ever go out maybe she would stop.but then that would leave me open for more insults, why don't u like anyone no wonder no one likes you. it sucks!
sorry to mention my silly problems but at least u cant say anthing bad to my face and i can kinda talk about it

I am pregnant currently and am wanting to breastfeed. I have had my nipples pierced for the last 4 years. I have heard that you can breastfeed if you've had your nipples pierced, but I wanted to know if anyone has ever successfully breastfed and kept their piercings in? I want to remove the rings while I actually feed, but then return them afterwards. In theory, this can be done with no harm to the baby. But does anyone have any personal experience on keeping pierced nipples through breastfeeding ??? Thanks.

All I had was a a case of cds(about 100)and dvds we used to watch 2gether and a rainbow steel pocket knife of his and she sold them for crack. I'm so upset and angry.She comes and takes a bath and goes back out (she a prostitute as well,I saw an imprint of some cds in her purse and I take a look and it's one of the ones my boyfriend gave me before his death, I know it's mine cuzit has my name and a note he wrote written on it. I took it out and ran and told my aunt she asked if she took my cds she lied and said lied and said no.I'm so hurt cuz when he was living she was jealous cuz he was a drug dealer (he was changin his life), and he had taken care of me and paid my way threw school more than she even has done in my entire life.It gets worst.As soon as I got the one cd back out i feel asleep and broke it!I dont know what's going on but I have the worst of luck and all I wanted to do was cherish his memories, and she stole them..and the one I did get,broke!Plz offer encouragement.

I'm wandering. Is there anyone trust worthy, dependable, and who likes kids on here, and who are good with kids? Are there anyone like that on here. Because I need help with my brother. He's only 10 years old, but he needs all the help he can get. I can't get any help outside of the house because everytime I mention it to my brother, he'll run and hide, and it takes forever to find him. So are there anyone on here, who have experience with this kind of stuff. Or who are dependable and nice and likes kids. I'll tell you the rest of it if you think you can help. Because my brother needs all the help he can get. i can't go to my parents because i have none. I'm afraid that my brother will do something really stupid that later he'll regret it. I am a student reporter from N.I.E. Times of India, and I need interviews of people from India on the following topic:

After India did badly on Saturday, Indians all over attacked the houses of cricketers, cursed them etc. They have another match today. So the pertinent question is :Why is it that as soon as India does badly the players are torn to shreds. Is this right? Where has the sportsmanship spirit gone now?
