This equality ish getting out of hand. Women need to be clear on what they mean when they say 'equality'. I think it means that they want to be treated as equals in the boardroom, workplace, and when they see their paychecks. They want to be paid equally as men for the same responsibility.

Some men are trying to misconstrue this fact and use it as an excuse to be lazy, cheap, rude, or selfish. The fact is that men are more attracted to a woman they pursued. How many times do men complain: 'She was too aggressive. That turned me off.'

Think about it, women 'do' make the first move when she gives you that flirtatious smile, glances your way a few times, and giving you all the green lights in the world to express her interest. So, you want her to do all of that and still approach you? You should step up. Otherwise, you'll miss out on the woman of your dreams.

I don't think the man always has to make the 1st move. I asked out the guy I liked, cos I knew he was too shy and i'd be waiting round forever. I knew he liked me from what other people had said and just the way he acted round me. A year later we're still together, engaged and expecting our first baby :)

That man has to make the "First Move" - is a fallacy.

A lot of men actually like aggressive women because they let you know early in the game what their intentions are - and what your intentions should be!

And I am one of them!

You have to love the Ladies in Costa Rica! Especially the ones that come up to you and wispher in your ear - "Hey Baby! Want some company tonight?"

Actually, that's not true anymore. You guys don't have to make the first move, but feel like you do. And, plus, girls still like chivalry, and the guy starting the courtship is part of that. Not all that complicated.

Yeah what happened to equality, last night my girlfriend pounced on me and was all over me like a rash. Then this morning I had to cook breakfast. Its role reversal.

Girls like the guy to be the strong one. Most don't want to be the aggressive one. Equality has nothing to do with it. Many girls just like it that way so do it.

Please......women are no longer shy about making the first move....or feel as though they have to. Maybe you are dating timid women...because I think if you want it go get it....no waiting.....all a matter of reading the signals.
