I would like to find a private party money lender.?

8 acres with a mobile on it, river frontage. Property is paid off. Small town in southern centural Oregon. Usual lending companies will not lend on mobiles. Any help is appreciated.

It's a private party person to person lending place where you enter some basic info about yourself and people bid on you. It's fairly simple to set up and has tutorials.
